LED light therapy is a growing skin treatment not only available in Salon’s but at your home too.
Not many know that LED light are Eco friendly so using them benefits the environment but as we learned are used for skin therapy too.
The different wavelenghts help with treating acne, anti-aging and reducing inflammation.
During the 90’s this treatment was used for healing wounds to have a quicker regeneration of the damaged muscle tissues.
There are different wavelengths used, these include red and blue light, which are without ultraviolet rays and are readily absorbed into the skin.

When we talk about the Red light we are talking we are talking about infrared light, is used for treating epiderms. With the application of the light to your skin stimulates collagen proteins.
It’s also reduces inflammation improving circulation giving you a healthier glow.
Blue light focuses on the sebaceous glands, which are also called oil glands.
These glands are necessary for keeping your skin and hair lubricated, but sometimes they overreact causing skin issues like acne.
Blue light can kill the bacteria under the skin, which can help treat acne pimples etc.
LED lights don’t only help to lessen the footprint they are also beneficial for us in many ways.
